Playdays offer a series of timed speed events consisting of rider\, horse\, pattern\, and a cheering crowd! Riders and horses of all ages\, sizes\, and experience level are welcome! Not a rider? Come on down and cheer or wear your boots and we’ll put you to work! This is a wonderful atmosphere and a perfect family event for all to participate in.\n\nEvents:\nTexas Rollback\, Fig 8\, Half 8\, Poles\, Barrels\n\n\n\nBarrel Time on lines offered after barrels-$5/minute\n\nFees:\n\n\n$35 all day for SSSC members\n$45 non members (includes haul in fee)\n$25 buckaroo/lead line/beginner (any age\, will ride abbreviated courses in our warm up arena for more controlled environment)\n*$10 haul if non member not participating in play day.\n\n\n\nAge groups:\nBuckaroo up to 8 years old\nJunior 8-13 years old\nIntermediate 14-17 years old\nSenior 18-35 years old\nSuper senior 36+\n\n\nAwards:\n\nRibbons per event\, daily high point per age group and treasure chest at end for kids!\n\n\n\n*Saturday night camping available- self penning

DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to bring back the historical South Seattle Saddle Club Members Camp-Out! Though we have decided not to include horses this year\, we do encourage our members to invite their friends and family. Enjoy games\, capture the flag\, bonfire\, drive-in movie and a potluck brunch for dad. We ask all that attend to please bring a side dish to include in the potluck.
